1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Solvop ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Stripe Services
Payment processing services for users on Solvop are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Violating or encouraging others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
- Posting, uploading, or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Interfering with security-related features of the service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names are the proprietary property of Solvop or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Solvop, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., State of California, USA], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect.
